INSTRUCTIONS

LIST OF HYGIENE RULES AND MEASURES FOR INDOOR OPERATION:

Wearing a balaclava under the provided helmet is mandatory (available for purchase at the reception). We recommend bringing either your own balaclava or your own motorsport helmet.


INSTRUCTIONS

By entering our facility, every visitor agrees to respect and follow these OPERATIONAL and SAFETY guidelines:

OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES

  • Riding is at your own risk.
  • Strict prohibition on unauthorized entry onto the track.
  • No driving under the influence or suspicion of alcohol or any other intoxicating substances.
  • Dress appropriately! Closed, sturdy shoes are mandatory in all seasons. Expensive or branded clothing is NOT suitable for a sports venue, and we are not responsible for any damage.
  • Helmet or go-kart cleaning fees: Helmet – 1,500 CZK, Go-kart cleaning – from 1,000 CZK. Please consider your condition before getting into a go-kart and keep in mind that driving under the influence of any intoxicating substances (alcohol, etc.) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If prohibited behavior is detected, staff have the right to exclude you from the ride without a refund.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the pit area.
  • We are not responsible for lost personal belongings. We recommend storing them in the provided lockers before your ride.
  • Minors under 15 years old may only drive with the accompaniment and consent of a legal guardian.
  • During the ride, it is mandatory to use a helmet (free rental available, but only with a hygienic balaclava, which you can bring or purchase at the CMK reception), seat belts, and appropriate sports footwear.
  • No driving with objects in the mouth, excessively loose clothing, loose hair, scarves, etc.
  • No driving for persons with serious health conditions (e.g., heart conditions, epilepsy, post-surgical states, etc.).
  • No driving for individuals taking medication that prohibits motor vehicle operation.

REFUND POLICY

1. Voucher Validity

Vouchers purchased at CMK or through our website have a standard validity period as stated at the time of purchase.

2. Extension Conditions

  • Voucher valid for up to 1 yearFree extension for another year.
  • Voucher valid between 1 and 1.5 years → Extension possible for a 25% fee of the original price.
  • Voucher valid between 1.5 and 2 years → Extension possible for a 50% fee of the original price.
  • Voucher older than 2 years → Extension is not possible due to archived data and technical limitations in retrieving it.

3. Extension Process

  • The extended amount will be credited to the client’s profile in the form of points.
  • These points can be used for online booking of rides on our website or for purchases on-site.
  • An active client profile in our system is required for an extension.

4. Reasons for Extension Limitations

  • Extending older vouchers requires manual retrieval from archived records and manual generation of new vouchers, which is technically and time-consuming.
  • Vouchers older than 2 years can no longer be retrieved, and thus, their extension is not possible.

5. Refund Conditions for Promotional Offers

  • If a customer purchases rides during a promotional event at CMKARTING and, for any reason, requests a partial refund (e.g., due to being denied further rides for violating the rules), the refunded amount will be reduced by the full price of the already completed rides according to the current price list, not the promotional price.
  • This rule prevents abuse of promotional offers and ensures fair pricing for all customers.

These rules apply to all vouchers and promotional offers purchased at CMKARTING. Voucher extensions and refunds are only possible upon an individual request from the client and under the specified conditions.


6. Cancellation Policy for Online Bookings

  • If a ride is booked online, a cancellation request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled ride.
  • If the customer does not arrive at least 20 minutes before their planned ride, we cannot guarantee their participation, and the ride will be forfeited without compensation.

7. Exclusion from the Ride

  • If a customer violates our rules, especially safety regulations, they will be excluded from the ride without a refund.
  • This measure is in place to ensure the safety of all participants and the smooth operation of the track.

SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • Entering and exiting the go-kart is only allowed in the designated pit area and upon the staff's instruction.
  • Entry and exit from the pit lane are controlled by staff using signal flags.
  • During the ride, it is strictly forbidden to let go of the steering wheel, wave hands or feet (keep hands on the wheel, feet on the pedals).
  • If you suspect that something is wrong with your go-kart (e.g., boost not working, reverse gear issue, timing malfunction, etc.), immediately drive to the pit area and inform the staff. After completing the full 10-minute ride, late complaints will not be eligible for compensation.
  • Drive at a speed that does not endanger yourself or others.
  • Always brake in time. Reckless driving can cause accidents and injuries.
  • Maintaining a safe distance between go-karts is required. Failing to do so makes you responsible for any potential consequences.
  • Contact with other go-karts is strictly prohibited.
  • Use the reverse gear (REVERSE) for backing up.
  • When entering a turn, adjust your speed accordingly to avoid collisions.
  • When approaching the bridge, maintain sufficient speed to ensure a smooth ascent.
  • Stopping before or on the bridge is strictly prohibited.
  • In the event of a breakdown or crash, raise your hand to call for assistance from the staff.
  • In case of a serious collision, staff will slow down or stop the ride until the issue is resolved. Do not exit the go-kart until instructed.
  • The operator is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from non-compliance with operational and safety guidelines.
  • Failure to follow safety rules or staff instructions may result in exclusion from the ride without compensation.
  • If an accident occurs due to failure to comply with operational and safety rules, resulting in damage to the go-kart or other equipment, we will charge for the repair costs.
  • Please remove all items from your pockets before the ride. Personal belongings can be stored in the provided lockers.
