INDIVIDUAL RIDES CANNOT BE BOOKED BY PHONE OR EMAIL!

ONLINE RIDES ARE AVAILABLE ON THURSDAYS FOR THE DAYS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

RIDES CAN BE PURCHASED UP TO 4 HOURS IN ADVANCE. 

IF THE WINDOW SAYS "NOT AVAILABILITY" IT DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE SOLD OUT. 

 

1. It is always necessary to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ride. If you miss the ride, the booking will be forfeited without refund. The provider reserves the right to be 20 minutes late.
2. Please arrive at our reception with your booking - a balaclava is not included in the price, but you can purchase one on site or bring your own.
3. Children's rides - all riders under the age of fifteen are considered children. The height of the child must be at least 125 cm for the so-called small kart and 140 cm for the so-called large kart. Children ride always given a separate ride. In addition, our clever staff monitors their performance and can slow the karts down or stop them altogether if there is any problem. The boost button is not available on children's karts.
4. Wear sturdy closed shoes. Otherwise you will not be allowed to ride.
